Travelling to Mablethorpe and the surrounding villages couldn’t be easier. Whether you’re driving, or travelling by coach or train, finding us is very easy! We have good public transport links to other areas of Lincolnshire, with two train stations within a bus ride away. Mablethorpe is also home to a number of taxi companies that are only more than happy to take you to where you need to be.
Travelling By Train
There are two train stations within a 30-mile drive of Mablethorpe, making travel from Yorkshire and Nottinghamshire to the East Coast simple. If you are planning a trip to Mablethorpe via train, please remember to check bus times from either Skegness or Grimsby to Mablethorpe. See below for more details.

Skegness Train Station
The Skegness Train Station offers regular trains to and from Nottingham, provided by East Midlands Railway. This trip takes just over 2 hours and will place you right in the centre of Skegness. Just outside of the station is a taxi rank, and located to the rear of the station is the Bus Station (See below for more information on buses).
Grimsby Train Station
Grimsby Train Station offers regular trains to and from Manchester, Cleethorpes, and Barton-upon-Humber, amongst others, provided by Northern Railway. Grimsby has great connection links to most of Lincolnshire, with buses running from Grimsby to Mablethorpe (via the town of Louth) a number of times a day.
