Swallow Park is an adult-only caravan site located in a quiet and peaceful part of Mablethorpe. The caravan site comprises both static and touring pitches and is just a short walk from the beachfront where dogs are allowed throughout the season.
Swallow Park is located near several notable attractions, making it a great base for exploring the surrounding area. It sits close to the Mablethorpe Seal Sanctuary and just a short distance from the Saltfleetby–Theddlethorpe Dunes National Nature Reserve, a beautiful stretch of protected coastline known for its diverse wildlife and scenic landscapes.
The static site houses 30 static caravans set in a large 5-acre site. The tourer site accepts 15 tourers maximum. The tourer site is an adult-only site.
2026 Fees
Please see below for the 2026 season rates for the touring site. The prices are all-inclusive. Swallow Park does not charge extra for electric hookups, awnings or dogs, and the price shown is based on 2 adults (18+ only).
