Citizens Advice is an independent organisation that specialises in giving free advice and assistance to those with wide range of issues — from benefits, debt and housing, to employment and consumer rights.
With their friendly, non-judgmental approach, the Mablethorpe branch plays a vital role in the local community. Their advisers are ready to guide you through complex problems, refer you to specialist services as and when needed, or simply give you the information to make informed decisions yourself.
The service is fully accessible and free of charge, making it easy for anyone in the Mablethorpe area to seek support.
Drop-in Sessions
Every Tuesday, the Citizens Advice Lincoln & Lindsey holds a drop-in advice session at the Inter-Agency Centre on Stanley Avenue in Mablethorpe (Opposite the Mablethorpe Library). This free, confidential service runs from 9 am to 4 pm, giving residents the opportunity to talk face-to-face with a trained volunteer adviser.
If you are unable to make their drop-in session, you can still get help by calling the Citizens Advice Adviceline on: 0808 278 7904 – available Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm.
