Mablethorpe is a beautiful seaside town with a lot to offer its visitors, whether you’re wnating a peaceful holiday, or one full of adventure!

Mablethorpe has been a popular tourist destination for over a hundred years, offering a traditional seaside town experience suitable for the entire family. The town centre runs through the centre of Mablethorpe up to the beachfront, with many shops, cafes and things to do located all around.

The seafront also has a lot to offer! Our award-winning beach is home to a sand train, donkey rides and has a number of shops, cafes and bars overlooking our beautiful beach. Mablethorpe Funfair looks over the High Street and beachfront and is one of the most popular attractions in our area.

History & Heritage

Mablethorpe and the surrounding villages are steeped in history; with a prehistoric forest off the coast of Trusthorpe, the discovery of ancient Roman coins in Mablethorpe, and Sutton-on-Sea’s history with smugglers!
